Everyone runs their agents on their own computer, with their own chats and files. The spend on Localoy models goes to one shared balance. Admins choose which models the team uses, give each person a monthly limit and see where the money went, from the app and from API keys.

What a team gets
Everything Localoy does, for everyone, run from one place.
One shared balance
The team adds credit once, and everyone’s agents draw from it. It never expires.
A limit for each person
Give anyone a monthly limit. When they reach it, their agents stop using Localoy models until next month or until you raise it.
Models you choose
Pick which Localoy models the team may use, and the one new agents start on. Everything else is turned off for the team.
Usage by person
Every call, by person, agent and model, by day and month, with the app and each API key apart. Export it as a spreadsheet. Members see only their own.
Computers
See each computer working for the team and sign one out from the website. A lost laptop stops at once.
A record of changes
Who invited whom, who changed a role, a limit or the models, and when. Owners and admins can read it.
API keys
A key for each person, not one for everyone.
Each member makes their own API keys on app.localoy.ai for their scripts and tools, and can try one right on the page. Anything that takes an OpenAI-style key works. A key spends within its person’s monthly limit, only on the models the team allows, and shows in usage under its own name. Revoke one key, or remove the person and all their keys stop.

Work and personal, kept apart
One app. Choose who it works for.
Each person keeps a Personal space next to the team. The profile menu in the app shows which one the computer works for, and switching is one click. In the team, agents run on the Localoy models the team chose, so the spend lands on the team’s bill. Personal keeps your free local models and your own credit, and the team never sees it.

Use cases
Who puts a team on Localoy.
An agency
Everyone makes posts, decks and reports for clients on their own computer. One balance pays for it, and each person has a monthly limit, so no one is surprised by the bill.
A sales team
Each rep researches leads and writes outreach drafts. The admin picks the model everyone uses, so the lists come out the same way, and sees each rep’s spend.
A founder with contractors
Invite a contractor by email with a $20 limit. When the work ends, remove them and their computer stops using the team’s credit at once.
Finance
Give the bookkeeper the Billing role. They see spend by person and export it as a spreadsheet, without being able to change who is on the team.
Privacy
Calls are counted. Chats are never kept.
Chats and files stay on each person’s computer. Localoy records only what each call cost and which model made it, so admins can see spend without reading anyone’s work.
How to start

Start the team
Sign up on app.localoy.ai and start an organization. Any account that has had Localoy credit can own one.
Invite people
Add their emails and pick a role. They sign up with that email and join.
Switch the app to the team
Each person picks the team in the app’s profile menu. Their agents now run on the team’s credit.
