No surprises
You see what a job costs while it runs.
The chat shows what it has spent so far, and what all your chats have spent today. Give an agent a daily limit and it stops for the day when it reaches it; you can raise it from the chat. Local models cost nothing, so they have no limit to set.
Do I need an account?
Yes, and it takes a minute. The app asks you to sign in once, in your browser: your email, a code, done. Your chats and files stay on your computer; signing in only tells Localoy who you are.
How does credit work?
You add credit to your account, and Localoy models draw from it as your agents work. It never expires and there is no monthly fee. Local models never use it.
What does credit unlock?
Once your account has had credit, you can use Localoy’s models, Vinci, add folders to a chat and start organizations. They stay unlocked when your balance reaches zero; only Localoy models wait for a top-up. Local models keep working either way.
How do I add credit?
On the Billing page at app.localoy.ai. Card checkout is on its way; until then, ask there and Localoy sends you an invoice. Want to try first? Ask for test credit on the same page; we look at each request.
What does a Localoy model cost?
Close to what its provider charges: Localoy adds a small share to run the gateway. Each model shows its price in the app. A cheap model can do a week of social posts for a few cents; a big one costs more per step.
