Features · Browser

Your browser. Your sign-ins. It asks first.

Localoy works in a real browser beside the chat, on your computer. It searches, clicks through from one site to the next, fills in forms and writes up what it found, even on sites you’re signed into. You watch every page, take over whenever you like, and it asks before it submits anything.

A real run, sped up: GitHub’s search box and Sort menu, each project’s latest release, then its own site for the install command, and a table at the end.

Forms and orders

It fills in the form. You say when to send it.

Asked to order a photo shoot, the agent typed each field, picked the options and ticked the boxes in its browser. Then it stopped twice: once to check with you, and once because pressing “Place order” commits you.

A real recording of Localoy on a practice form, sped up a little. The cursor marks where it clicked.

What it does

Everything you do in a browser, done for you.

Searches and sorts

Uses a site’s own search box, filters and Sort menus, then opens the results one by one.

Across sites

Follows a link from one site to the next, goes back when it needs to, and keeps track of where it is.

Fills in forms

Types, picks options, ticks boxes, uploads files from its folder and saves downloads into it.

Writes it up

Puts what it found in a table or notes in its folder, and leaves the pages open for you to check.

Sites you’re signed into

Your accounts, without your passwords.

Bring in your sign-ins from Chrome, Brave, Edge or Arc, one profile and one site at a time. It can then work in the accounts you’re logged into, and you never type or hand over a password.

Cloud agents run on someone else’s computer: sites block them, and you sign in again every time. Localoy’s browser is on yours.

The real app on sample data: Browser settings, Import cookies, pick a browser profile and the sites, import. You choose each site.

The two questions from the recording above, word for word: the agent’s own, then the app’s check before a commitment.

It asks before it commits you

Nothing is sent, bought or booked behind your back.

Pressing submit, or anything that sounds like a commitment, asks you first, unless you’ve told it that site is fine. You can take the mouse and keyboard yourself at any time: it’s a real browser on your screen, not a video of someone else’s.

How to start

Three steps.

1

Turn on the Browser switch

An agent without it has no browser at all. It’s one of the six switches.

2

Ask for the job

“Compare the top three static site generators on GitHub”, “order these prints”, “check every download button on our site”.

3

Watch, or take over

The browser opens beside the chat. Step in any time; it asks before anything that commits you.
